November Crop and Craft

Join us for the next Dallas Crafters Marathon Crop and Craft Event, a fun, creative, in-person crafting weekend designed for makers who love to craft together! This two-day event runs Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily, giving you plenty of uninterrupted time to work on your projects. You’re welcome to leave your projects set up overnight, so you can jump right back in the next day without packing up. Bring any craft project you love, as long as it fits on a 6-foot table. Electricity is available, making this event perfect for quilters, sewists, scrapbookers, stampers, jewelry makers, and more. This event is open to adult crafters ages 15 and up, men and women welcome. Location: Hilton Garden Inn Dallas-Richardson, 1001 President George Bush Turnpike, Richardson, TX 75080. Attendance is limited to 54 participants, so be sure to reserve your spot early! Admission: Advance registration is strongly encouraged, as seating is limited. Only full-event passes covering both Friday and Saturday are available for advance purchase; Friday-only and Saturday-only tickets are no longer being offered online. If space remains available, single-day admission may be purchased at the door on either day of the event. Door admission is not guaranteed and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis after all pre-registered attendees have been accommodated. Purchasing a full-event pass in advance is the best way to ensure your place at the event. Hotel Accommodations: A block of hotel rooms has been reserved for event participants at a special group rate. The discounted rate is $90 per night for a king room or $99 per night for a room with two queen beds on Friday and/or Saturday nights, with the option to add Thursday night as well. To receive the group rate, guests should call the hotel directly (1-800-774-1500) and mention the they are with Dallas Crafters Marathon when making their reservation. The special rate does not include complimentary breakfast. We recommend booking early, as the room block is available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before the reservation deadline. Refund Policy: Please note that no refunds are being offered at this time. However, if we are forced to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer refunds accordingly.
