HERStory: Finding Powerful Women in Your Family Tree

Are you interested in learning how to get started researching your family tree? Do the historical actions of the suffragists inspire you to learn more about your female ancestors? Join us at the Maddox-Muse Center's McDavid Studio to learn how to find women in your family tree, record the information you find and have fun finding famous suffragists in genealogical records. We will also give away two tickets to the opening night of SUFFS on August 4 at Bass Hall! This event is presented in partnership with the Fort Worth History Center and Performing Arts Fort Worth. Performing Arts Fort Worth has security measures in place in an effort to enhance comfort and provide the safest environment possible for our patrons, artists, and organizations that call Bass Hall and the Maddox-Muse Center home.
