Hang in a hammock or lay on a yoga mat and enjoy a variety of healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, harp and more. Dress comfortable. Feel free to bring your own light sheet or blanket to allow you to be more comfortable. Arrive 10 minutes early as we will lock the door shortly after. No entry after we begin.
