Connecting survivors and families through education, encouragement, and community. At Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Plano, we understand that life after a stroke can bring many changes for both survivors and their loved ones. Our Stroke Support Group offers a welcoming space where individuals can connect with others who share similar experiences, gain helpful knowledge, and receive encouragement throughout the recovery journey. Participants are invited to share their stories, learn practical strategies for navigating life after stroke, and receive guidance from rehabilitation professionals dedicated to supporting recovery and independence. Caregivers and family members are encouraged to attend and take part in the conversation. Approved by the American Stroke Association.
