NORTH TARRANT FAMILY FIREWORKS (on July 1st) INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION & FIREWORKS/DRONES SHOWWEDNESDAY, JULY 1ST - The North Tarrant Chamber of Commerce Family Fireworks (on the 1st) event will feature an outstanding display of fireworks and drones from 9:30-10pm on Wednesday, July 1st, 2026. The event is free to the public with free parking, a free concert, and free fireworks show! “We are proud to support our area businesses and help our communities come together to celebrate each other, our freedom and our history with this fantastic event, fireworks and incredible drone show, with 2,500 drones helping us celebrate our 250th year as a nation!” says Jack Bradshaw, president and CEO of the North Tarrant Chamber. The Fireworks & Drone Show (produced by PrestoTechnics and Sky Elements Drones) can be viewed from the parking lots of the Wiley G. Thomas Coliseum, 6108 Broadway Avenue in Haltom City, and BISD Plaza, 6351 Boulevard 26 in North Richland Hills. Parking is available on a first-come basis. Vehicles will not be allowed to park along the street. Additional festivities include: • 5-9pm – Bounce houses and food trucks• 5-7:45pm – Entertainment by DJ Matt Blake• 6:30pm – Corndog Eating Contest• 7pm – Patriotic Salute to Veterans• 7:45-9pm – Texas All-Star Jazz Orchestra • 9:30pm – Fireworks & Drone ShowAttendees can bring chairs, blankets and games for the family. No outdoor cooking or grilling devices, alcohol or personal fireworks are allowed. The North Tarrant Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with the cities of Haltom City, North Richland Hills, Richland Hills, and Watauga are proud to host this fantastic event on Wednesday, July 1st in conjunction with the national America250 celebration officially spanning July 1-5. Because we are hosting our celebration on Wednesday, July 1st, our North Tarrant celebration will include a record-setting 2,500 drone show! As always, we will be inviting families to come out from 5-10pm to enjoy festivities like bounce houses for the kids, food trucks, and a FREE live concert.
