End of the Year Class Parties and Award Ceremonies

Parents can attend Awards Ceremonies and Play Day but will need a Visitor Badge. Parents will be required to visit the front office in order to do this (you will need a government issued identification). IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED YOU OBTAIN VISITOR BADGES BEFORE THESE EVENTS. Our front office will begin scanning identification for visitor badges starting on Monday, May 18th from 8:30-2:30 pm daily. We have limited office staff and equipment to scan IDs and get visitors badges on the day of the Play Day and parties. It takes several minutes to complete the transaction, therefore we would hate for parents to miss any part of student Awards Ceremonies and Play Day. Please be ready to tell our office staff which events and grade levels you will be attending as you will get a badge for each event. Parents will not be allowed in the building or into ‘End of the Year Events’ without a Visitor Badge. If you have any questions, please reach out to your child’s teacher for more information. School-aged children from other schools in the area, including MISD, will NOT be allowed to attend awards ceremonies, only non-school aged children. Students will need to arrive by 7:50 on Awards Day, Play Day and the last day of school. Students cannot come just for the events.
