Divine Feminine Yoga with Lindsey

Centered around the celebration of women and promoting healing, strength and release through Chakra specific sequences. Lindsey will focus on the Root (Muladara) and Sacral (Svadhisthana) Chakras to help strengthen the pelvic floor and connect to mother earth as well as helping to release previous trapped trauma from the hips. We look forward to welcoming you into a safe and comfortable space to practice woman centered yoga!
