The term 'Reiki' comes from the Japanese words 'rei,' meaning universal, and 'ki,' which means vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki can help with stress, anxiety, healing, relaxation, reduced fatigue, increasing energy levels, and supporting the body's natural healing abilities. You can come at any skill level of Reiki to give healing to those willing to receive. Anyone can come and receive healing during our Reiki Share gathering. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early in comfortable clothing. Minimum $5 love donation.
