Household Hazardous Waste Collection

Bring your household hazardous waste to the Hurst Service Center along with an ID and Hurst water bill. Accepted items include automotive fluids, batteries, cleaners & degreasers, cooking oil, lawn/garden/pool chemicals, light bulbs, and limited paint containers. Not accepted items include ammunition or explosives, appliances or electronics, building materials, bulk trash and yard waste, butane or propane cylinders, medicines or sharps, and tires. Document shredding will be available with a three-box limit. 6 Stones will be on-site collecting clothing donations from Hurst residents.
