Beignet & Gumbo Mardi Gras Pop-up @ Leaves

Every story has a beginning, and this sugar bread journey took its first baby steps in 2019 just a few streets over at @leavesbakerybooks old St. Louis Ave spot. Since then, we've whipped up a few million beignets and Tina has brewed about a bazillion cups of top-shelf tea. As Leaves is making their curtain call on such an amazing decade run, we're teaming up one last time to sling beignets and dish gumbo at their Magnolia bakery location.
