Free Sound Bath Series

Join us for an immersive Sound Bath Series at the beautiful Altered States Wellness Glade Parks on the last Sunday of every month. This experience is led by Jessa, a holographic sound practitioner and invites you to relax, unwind, and soak in soothing sounds and healing frequencies that promote deep relaxation.

What to Bring: A yoga mat (or something comfortable to lay on) A pillow/cushion for your head A blanket for warmth and coziness Water to stay hydrated An open mind and readiness to relax
