"Not Dead Yet!" A Second Line Funeral March for Dallas

Dallas has taken some blows, but we're not quite dead yet! We're losing our beloved Mavericks and Stars. The closing of Neiman Marcus flagship store. AT&T is moving to the suburbs. And Dallas City Hall's future remains uncertain. So we're doing what any reasonable group of artists, urbanists, business owners, and city lovers would do: We're holding a funeral. Or at least a mostly funeral. Join us at the Revelers Hall for a New Orleans-style Second Line Funeral March for our beloved Dallas. We'll gather in mourning, celebrate the city we love, and remind ourselves that while Dallas may be facing challenges... We're Not Dead Yet! This isn't a protest. It's a love letter. Come dressed in funeral attire, bring flowers, parasols, signs celebrating your favorite downtown memories, or anything else appropriate for a proper jazz funeral in the streets.
